A 12-week transformational program for creating healthier, more secure relationships — starting from within.

Understand your patterns.
Build emotional security.
Create deeper, more fulfilling relationships.

The relationship you desire, begins with the relationship you have with yourself.

You can want a healthy relationship and still find yourself repeating familiar patterns.

Overthinking.
Pulling away.
Becoming anxious when connection feels uncertain.
Struggling to communicate your needs.
Choosing partners who aren't able to meet you where you are.
Or simply knowing what you want, but struggling to create it consistently.

These patterns aren't a reflection of your worth or your ability to love.

They're learned ways of relating — often shaped by our earliest relationships and reinforced throughout our lives.

The good news? Learned patterns can change.

Letting Love In gives you the understanding, tools, and support to create that change.

"Kendal has been such a valuable support for me and I can't express enough gratitude for her expertise and dedication. After years of struggling with my issues and not finding success with other therapists, Kendal provided the breakthrough I needed. Her compassion blended with a structured approach helped me go deep within myself and navigate through challenges I never thought I could overcome. I highly recommend Kendal to anyone seeking effective and transformative change."

David

“I want to express the deepest gratitude for Kendal. We are currently in the 6th week of her coaching program and it has been absolutely life changing. Thank you for creating a safe place for healing and for guiding us through letting go of everything that doesn’t serve us so we can step into our best self.”

Heather

"I am definitely in a much better spot to where I was before I met Kendal. And although my journey isn’t over yet, I have a better idea of navigating through life and how to recognize my patterns and behaviors and work through them.

If you have limiting beliefs about yourself and you keep self sabotaging and you don’t know how to work through them, I highly recommend working with Kendal so you can vibrate in the highest version of yourself and create a life that you desire.”

Why change can feel difficult

Most of us understand our relationship patterns intellectually long before we know how to change them.

You might know that you overthink.

You might know that you withdraw when you're hurt.

You might know that you become anxious when someone pulls away.

You might even understand where those patterns came from.

But knowing why you respond a certain way doesn't always change what happens in the moment.

Lasting change requires working with more than the conscious mind.

It requires understanding the relationship between your attachment patterns, nervous system, emotions, beliefs, self-image, body, and behavior.

That's where Letting Love In begins.

Letting Love In

A different approach to relationship transformation

Letting Love In brings together multiple dimensions of personal and relational development into one structured process.

Rather than giving you another collection of relationship advice, the program gives you a clear path to understand yourself, shift the patterns that keep you stuck, and practice new ways of relating.

Attachment

Understand how your attachment patterns influence the way you connect, communicate, respond to uncertainty, and experience intimacy.

Nervous System Capacity

Develop greater awareness of your emotional and physiological responses so you can create more choice in moments of stress or conflict. Expand your capacity for uncomfortable emotions, so that they no longer control your responses.

Subconscious Patterns

Explore the beliefs, protective strategies, and deeply learned patterns that can continue influencing your relationships beneath conscious awareness.

Somatic Awareness

Move beyond intellectual understanding and develop greater awareness and safety within the body. Develop a relationship with the cues of your body, so you stop self-abandoning for love, and create intimacy from a place of authentic, grounded connection.

Relational Skills

Learn how to communicate more clearly, establish healthy boundaries, navigate conflict, and remain connected to yourself while connecting with others.

The result isn't perfection.

It's greater awareness, greater choice, and greater capacity for secure connection.

"Kendal has an incredible gift to analyze situations that are triggering and encourages you to find and understand the deeper meaning through a graceful meditative journey. Working with Kendal it is so easy to see her incredible gift of bringing awareness to deep emotional levels. In one short session, Kendal helped me understand a deep rooted instinct from my protector and has transformed the empathy I give to myself. This has deeply changed the way I respond to my partner in times of conflict"

“I had the pleasure of doing Kendal’s group program during a time in my life when I was searching for confidence in some big life changes I had recently made. I had never done a course like this before, so was naturally a bit unsure of what to expect but kept an open mind and trusted Kendal throughout the process. And I am SO glad that I did. Kendal is clearly an expert in her practice. She has such a passion for not just helping others during her workshops, but also helping you realize your strength and ability to help yourself. I found myself looking forward to working with her each week, and always felt more at peace with myself after every session. I highly recommend working with Kendal if you’re looking to better your life in any way.”

The Journey

"I recently worked with Kendal and it helped me so much. I can't quite explain how she did it, but the results were amazing. I went to her because I had talked a lot about my traumas but still felt some scars. Kendal really got me and was super flexible and proactive. We were very much in sync, and I felt very understood. These sessions with Kendal were something I wouldn't have missed for the world. Her approach helped me move past my unhealed traumas in a way I hadn't been able to before. Hi! I'm Kendal Beatty

I created Letting Love In after experiencing firsthand how difficult it can be to change relationship patterns — even when you understand them intellectually.

My own experience led me into deep study of attachment, the nervous system, subconscious patterns, somatic work, and relational dynamics.

Over time, I began bringing these approaches together into a more integrated process for relationship transformation.

That process became the CLAM Method and eventually Letting Love In.

What began as my own search for a healthier way to experience love has become a framework I now share with others who want to understand themselves more deeply and create healthier relationships.

My approach is grounded in the belief that meaningful change happens when we work with the whole person — not just the thoughts, and not just the behavior.

Understanding creates awareness.
Practice creates change.
Relationships give us the opportunity to live that change.
